Embassy Suites Charleston - Historic District, Charleston

My stay at Embassy Suite was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms definitely needed some sprucing up with stained carpets, tired furniture, and a worn-out mattress. However, the service was top-notch with everyone from the manager to the cleaning staff being incredibly kind and helpful. The location was convenient, albeit being adjacent to a noisy street. The dining experience, though accompanied by warm faces, left something to be desired with limited choices and lower quality. Despite some drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable.

The hotel had a unique and beautiful room that was very quiet, though a bit small. The service, while engaging and friendly, was a letdown in some aspects. The location was perfect for exploring the area but lacked some modern touches. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with lovely moments but also some congestion issues. Overall, a mix of positive and negative aspects to consider.

The hotel's outstanding breakfast was a letdown due to poor setup, making my family opt to skip it, which was disappointing as it's usually a highlight for us at Embassy hotels.
